Sessions are limited by frost and daylight, so cancellations inside 7 days during peak season are non-refundable -- though if I can fill your slot from the waitlist, you're refunded in full less $50. It depends on your property and how the design comes together -- there's one large photograph of the place itself, with the details arranged around it. Some homes call for a tall layout, some for a wide one. I'll show you my recommendation once you've chosen your favorites.
Almost always, yes. A few areas fall under FAA airspace restrictions where flight isn't permitted or needs advance authorization. I check every address before confirming an aerial session, so you'll know well before your shoot date -- and if your property can't be flown, you'll be switched to a ground session with the difference refunded.
Your private gallery arrives within 14 days of your session. Once you've chosen your favorites, your printed keepsake arrives within 4 weeks. Reorders of an existing collage or additional magnets take about 2 weeks, since the design is already finished.
